First impressions of Arnhem Mode Biennale’s main exhibition
Great installation by Amie Dicke. A number of spray guns are hanging above this setting. Time releasing foundation (make-up) slowly covering up and changing this interior into something anonymous.
The Smallest Travelling Store in the World by A. F. Vandevorst
Exciting times for View PR’s newest client, high end fashion store Jones Arnhem, it will host The Smallest Travelling Store in the World by A. F. Vandevorst. An extension of the still running ’Aktionen Store’ concept by the Belgian fashion label. The ‘shop-in-the-shop’ installation visualizes the brands’ interest in hospitals, hospital uniforms, medical symbols, but also art in a unusual way. The first time the installation was presented was at Dover Street Market in London, followed by the Dutch Design Week in Eindhoven last year. And this Wednesday, June 1st, it will open at Jones Arnhem, A. F. Vandevorst retailer for many years now. With this installation the brand also participates in the main exhibition of Arnhem Mode Biennale, world’s largest cultural fashion event, it too will start June 1st. You can visit both the biennale and The Smallest Travelling Store in the World till 3 July.
